Mike, Though I have shared your feelings from time to time, and I also think MU is too low absolutely to start a put program, I have to admit that your giving up may be the straw that broke that camel's back. <VBG>

Thanks for material, arrived today.

Keep MU in the gun-sight. TXN will shovel it out once they get their hands on the stock (near term), and they've got a pile of it to dump. I love "over-hang" situations.
