And to top it all K announces a takeover of LAO. We know they hold a fair number of shares already. Based on their offer it places K with a value of about 3.30. So what happens... well LEO is up .35 today, bring their value up closer to where K is trading. AND.. 100000 shares cross this morning by house #9. Why would K want LAO at times like these? Sold 1/2 of my K position off the bell this morning. No rhyme or reason to what is happening. THe all or none buy orders sitting on HPL got lucky yesterday. Had mine sitting at .71 and they halted the stock. Fortunately, when they opened I got a fill at .46 instead of the .71. The halt saved me there. Jim
