Hmmm
what jurisdiction are you going to use?????

what state law are you going to use

Maybe he is located in Europe...

what legal concept are you going to use for your suit...which Tort???
or are you going to contact a prosecutor because you think he broke a criminal law...

notice he made the comment AFTER asking you about hiring a thug to come after him....sounds like self defense to me...if an action took place..but then this was just words...so I am interested to know what criminal law he broke...but of course for that you have to determine the jursidiction first...

let us know if you get SI to divulge his name and address...

I know it..but you sure wont get it out of me....

....
btw as CNBC is saying
the traditional mechanisms that support the market
good earnings...interest rate cut arent getting the job done...
what next...

Hey legal whiz, I don't know what state you're in, but if Fred doesn't even know you, or know where you are, how can any threat of bodily harm be actionable? Better check your state law first. Good luck finding a lawyer to represent you on this one.

I think Fred would eat your lunch in any lawsuit and be awarded attorney's fees to boot for having to defend a frivolous suit.

Get a life.
