Sigmund, It is a small acquisition. But, why would you bash it? If Tom wanted to hype, he could have release the news with no numbers. I like to see that he is following his plan of growth by acquisitions.

$1,500,000.00 That is a small amount of dollars. Now if you are in business like mine. We sell sunseeds,and we are David & sons largest customer. Sunseeds the things you see the ball players eating all the time. We buy 30,000 # every week of this item it comes up to almost the dollar amount you are po poing. It takes a lot of work to do that kind of dollars. Put it another way 30,000 # divided by 5 # = 6,000 cases of sunseeds times by 12 bags per case =72,000 bags per week times 52 weeks = 3,744,000 bags. Now you have to put a price tag on them. Then you have to put them on a display rack to sell them. Now till me how long it would take you to do that. NOW tell me that's not much. Just a little business lesson for the day. Now how big is that dollar amount.. Smart Old Mr.D... Just stocking sunseeds..
