Isn't that special. Far be it from aznt to want to influence anybody's conclusion about anything. I wonder what our sylver tongued
hypsters would say about that?

I would say this is definately the most honest statement i've heard from aznt though, their financial position would certainly have an influence on anybody's decisions.

Maybe they should tell the SEC that's why they haven't filed any audited numbers.

Consider management's reasoning...

They elected to omit substantially all of the disclosures and the
statement of cash flows required by generally accepted accounting
principles.

Their reason?

If the omitted disclosures and the statement of cash flows were
included in the financial statements, they might influence the user's
conclusions about the company's financial position, results of operations, and cash flows.

Management decided that required information that must be included to meet generally accepted accounting principles was not good for the shareholders and the public.

Instead, by omitting the disclosures and the statements of cash flows from the financial statements, management definitely is influencing the conclusions of the shareholders and the public.

That is the very purpose for excluding specific information.

Spider, what is management thinking?

From FORM 10-QSB for quarter ending 6/97

Management has elected to omit substantially all of the disclosures and the statement of cash flows required by generally accepted accounting principles. If the omitted disclosures and the statement of cash flows were included in the financial statements, they might influence the user's conclusions about the company's financial position, results of operations, and cash flows.
