I think the information that would be most helpful is a determination of how much left of the B/C stock is yet to be converted, with time frames with the same.

Perhaps someone who has had a continuing dialog with Steve Snyder can contact him in order to shed some light on this...

Does anyone know the maximum number of common shares that ANCR is authorized to issue. The preferred holders will not stop their "games" until that last share has been issued. Why would they stop short of that?
