Yes, they have delisted. I verified with my broker. They are trading
on bulletin board now and I really don't know what that mean, but I have seen some stocks got delisted before and once they build enough asset per market requirement then it can be listed again. The problem with the trading bulletin board is that it doesn't have exposure to investors communities.
