Ditto! to the responsibility statement. One thing that has been bothering me, and perhaps it has been stated in the thousand or so posts I have not read. I was once told that one of the reasons Arif was reluctant to give shares back was for the tax consequences involved. I'm not a tax expert, but if the shares were issued in 1998 and he gives them back in 1998 what personal tax consequences would there be in April of '99?

JMO: Randy et al are doing what they can, but someone needs to talk to Arif in a way that he will listen.

Jin. still holding shares, apologizing profusely to other family, friends who bought at .50+
