I am as gratified by a correct analysis of a stock on the short side as I am of one on the long side. The point of the market is to buy low and sell high. "You have to make the company management the "bad guys", the criminals, the scam artists." I don't have to make anyone into that. There are enough of them to short sell without my help. BTW, criminal management makes themselves such, not the short sellers. "You have to get genuinely angry at the company." Investing based on emotion is dangerous to one's financial health. "That way you can be the guy in the white hat." It's all about buying low and selling high. I'm not interested in being a hero. "And in this market, it makes you money." Hmm, April and May remain my best two months this year. There are always stocks that are overpriced. In April and May the market was running valuations up beyond belief. Of course there is a difference between selling short based on fundamentals and based on momentum. REXI is a short sell IMO. Barb
