The motive behind the second statement is therefore troubling.

Some handle such sensitive topics differently, especially when such confidential information is publicly unavailable. Otherwise, it is perfect opportunity to create uncertainty, because no one can easily confirm or deny your assertion. Raise suspicions. Hint that you have done your homework in one instance; indicate uncertainty in another. This style contrasts with a good faith, collaborative effort to develop a financial model that conservatively predicts future royalty income.

Your posts flag a recommended trading bias which could explain motive. But these posts could also be confused given recent industry developments. Are you also trying to influence perception for another purpose? I only ask this given your stated position. TIA.
