EP,
After thinking about what Rootman was told it really does not make sense in that DCI has until the 23rd to close the deal. But anyway we all share the same frustrations. Up till a few months ago I felt the MM's were treating us about as fairly as all BB stocks. But now the manipulation of our stock is really flagrant. They are again walking us down every chance they get. Their purpose is to scare out as many shares as possible to cover their shorts.

Best Regards

Ed, I just thought that I would point out that the fact that Murphy is apparently unwilling to close Locus as an equity M/A is reflection of his continued attempts to protect his shareholders. When a stock is beaten up and the company is concerned with the long term value of that stock, you don't issue shares if you can avoid it. These are difficult times for us as shareholders, but so long as we see continued increase in the underlying value AND the continued restraint in increasing our outstanding, I feel that this has to turn around in our favor at some point.
