Thanks for reminding us of the bright side. It's kind of disconcerting to be in the middle of a huge sell-off and people come on the thread and say 'sell' now. Kind of 'too late' thinking and also like rubbing salt into fresh wounds. Now, we should credit LT with saying that things were going to hell in a handbasket, only he couldn't present his views in a coherent and constructive (non-combative) manner, that would allow for objective evaluation. The rhetoric determines the weight attributed to the post. But Lisa is correct in saying that 'Dell is not an Island of prosperity'.

Nothing seems to escape sentiment changes. Hopefully, for those of us who held, sentiment will recognize that stocks (especially the ones growing earnings) are still the place to be even in a slowing economy. (If indeed it turns out to be slowing that much).
