Scooter...I just saw that block pass through!!! Joe---This little bugger has never reacted to the market. I doubt very seriously that it is traded by institutions at all...not one share. Most of us in this won't sell it at a loss (its current level). It has sat very still and silent for what seems like an eternity (all be it only a few months) I am hesitantly optimistic.
