I am not going to come down too hard on you with the "high on the horse" comment directed at me. No, it is a first time offense in a tough market. So you are forgiven. You are obviously concerned about the market and are reacting which is understandable but only to a point. But stop lashing out at people. Your comments at Todtman that he is a "blind follower" and is "sucking off the boots of Brinker" do not meet the high standards of this thread. You are lucky I feel generous today and don't take some action against you. I suggest you read the thread introduction once, twice or three times. And if you don't like the way Lars and I handle things on this thread or our rules or rulings, then vote with your feet. Oh, and Greg, I don't expect or want a response to this post. Got the picture?

Even so, the rules of the thread must be followed. Period. Comments such as "sucking off the boots of Brinker" are inflammatory and make for a hostile environment. This is precisely what we DON'T want on this thread. As for "pick" our battles, I think the operative question may be "Is this the hill you want to die on?" This thread will NOT succumb to the cancer that has spread to countless other threads on SI. Threaders enjoy and will continue to enjoy this thread due to the fact that nonsense won't be tolerated.
