Vaughn and Frank: Thanks a million - I really appreciated that information. The fact that most of these NWT Diamond companies reporting MACRO diamonds using a standard of 1/2 mm compared to the Diamond king, DeBeers (Monopros) whose standards are higher at 1 mm is BIG NEWS! You learn something everyday. In other words, when Major General, Ascot reported the GOLDEN PLOVER had 39 MICROS, other NWT companies in the diamond mining game might have reported those results this way ? 20 MACROS and 19 MICROS, a total of 39 diamonds. It is quite possible??, if you use 0.5 mm as a MACRO standard. Would a discovery of 20 MACROS from a single kimberlite been big news!??? Another point, I heard recently that DeBeers has opened an office in Vancouver, would this be correct? One could read something into this. I don't suppose it has anything to do with diamonds in the NWT, particularly, Victoria Island???????
