JHA,
<<<<Having a short in our stock is good and bad. Bad because of the damage we currently see to our share price, but good since that short represents future buying>>>>

I prefer that the MM's would not have shorted us but since they have we need to take advantage of the situation. IMO they have walked us down so far so fast that most people at this price may just refuse to sell. I believe a number of trades at the bid both today and yesterday were between SHWD, MASH, Maib and NFSC. I would expect as yesterday one of the MM's will see to it that there is a small trade at the bid right near the close if they need it to make sure we close on the bid. All we can do now is accumulate cash and wait.

Best regards

James, all

This is a practical observation and not meant to be fatalistic.

In spite of all the analysis and parallax views of the shorts and market maker manipulation, I'm beginning to worry something is very wrong or being withheld about this company that transcends the current overall market conditions. Stocks just don't continue to decline to this degree if a company has any formidable success over the near horizon.

I know we're all doing our best to stay positive here, but the reality is our investment is being devastated and it appears it hasn't even come to an end. Personally, I'm down over 50% on my DCTC holding. I don't like the manner in what has happened with this last run up and then this drastic decline.

If this continues, we need to hear from Joe Murphy directly i.e., he needs to address all his shareholders on the current stock decline and not just individual phone calls or second hand information. Things like this LOCUS deal being so hot and then getting "hazy" as to what is happening concerns me. There are infinite ways to communicate "around" a quiet period.

Sorry for the shadows. I'm still sincerely looking towards the light, but today leaves me in less than a flag waving mood.

I pray I'm proven the complete fool here.

Onward,

George
