I think we have all called the reasons...the old line about a tree falling in an empty forest and whether it makes a sound or not.

Without exposure, it will take a lot to move it. Moreover, since it is a BB, many look at the fundamentals and question whether a BB can really perform like they project forward.

It will take time and more exposure and repeated positive earnings.
