When DELL hits 35 it will then be just overpriced (for this market) instead of WAY overpriced. MSFT needs to come down into the 60's (low) t be just overpriced for this market. When these two things happen will have have hit bottom, IMO. Of course, these two stocks will likely drag the DOW below 7000.
