bob was bullish at the top in 1998. just like in 1987. I vividly remember a caller in 1987 tell bb he was very bearish, and in fact only had TWO investments, one was Berkshire Hathaway and the other was the Sequoia Fund. He had SOLD every other investment. Guess what bb told him with a smirk and chuckle. "You're on your own with those." Of course implying that anyone who wasn't fully invested, as he was, was a dummy for not "exploiting the bull."

and the worst is when he patronizes Jim Rogers, something he has done for years, who happens to be one of the smartest investors around. Mr. Bow tie has been PRINTING MONEY by being short the ruble, money center banks, brokers, and money managers. In essence, Mr. Bow tie has been short THE STARSHIP MONEYTALK and hasn't covered yet.

PS: Do they still play the startrek music? Hardly seems appropriate anymore.
