Bruce....makes sense to me re: booking revenue on cards when activated along with expenses occurring at the same time. As old "ma-bell" I remember revenues billed are what counted wayyyyy back....not the fact that the customer had "unlimited" credit for long distance services." Nothing happened then either until the customer touched "1." Makes TOTAL sense to me :)
