DLJ just confirmed my market order at 4:12 for 500 shares, we should have closed with an up tick at .75 I placed the market order in at 3:30 - I was going to call and complain. rjf

Hello Rootman, According to the documents filed, LOCUS has no say about whether we pony up the cash and stock for the deal until Oct 23 so I don't see where they can tell you or not whether the deal is dead. I personally hope the deal dies unless they will go all cash and that we have that much cash to pay for it. This company needed LOCUS when that deal was signed but with the expansion of EDGE, I'm not sure we do right now......My opinion only....take care... Lou
