Does anyone feel that the interview with Dr. Markman in wwwiz that was posted yesterday had any negative impact?

I am referring to the part where he talks about MARKET TRIALS starting in early 1999 potentially by some of the carriers. Did this put off final acceptance by any Carriers deeper into next year?

Just as expectations of late summer acceptance being dashed caused in part the August selloff, could the anticipated time table for Carrier acceptance that many of us have assumed to be by year's end now be causing more investors to lose patience? Has a new step been introduced into the equation, thus pushing larger revenues further into the future?

What does everyone think?
