What really tipped the scales on my buy/sell decision was the runup
in DIMD during the last hour, it wasn't quite the transparent headfake,
plus their lack of OEM and out-of-control retail pricing.

That plus the lack of rally with TDFX late afternoon.

Looks like selling those OOM calls was a good move !
