I'll second that about Danny Kim. It was that hook in the header
about pennies to dollars that made me look at this. If I remember
correctly he sold out on the very first run-up which was almost a year

Well, those who believe it is darkest before the dawn certainly were correct in this case. Exactly what was going on with the stock the last few days? I thought stocks are supposed to inch up in the days immediately preceding a big announcement, but this baby (and as a long-term holder I do love it dearly) looked like it was headed for the big GTL refinery in the sky. I guess all's well that ends well.

As for the deal itself, does anyone know just how "exclusive" this arrangement really is? My understanding is that RNTK was negotiating with Conoco and others, but the press release indicates that the deal gives TX exclusive rights except in India. Can anybody shed some light here?
