First logical thing MINE has ever done. You would've thought they would have scraped up the dough for a reputable third party verification many moons ago if they actually believed they had the world's largest deposit.

Thanks for the 8k Doug. I was just about to go to Edgar to look for it. Sounds good. Here's the meat of it: BDC hired as consultant Oct 7. Work expected to be done in 6-8 weeks. Loans from unaffiliated investors to finance BDC's work and for working capital. Hoping to have financials filed within 2-3 weeks. Still addressing SEC issues. The rest is disclaimers and cautions.

Doug, is Guido still working for GE now that others hired by GE have found his techniques insufficient to justify the calculations made? SEC right, Guido wrong, where does the company now stand on Guido?
