Maybe trading at home IS better!

Block and the rest always bash all the traders who do it from home saying their executions are way to slow. But now who dropped the ball? Well guess what, the day Block went under I got up and placed my trades in my bedroom as usual. GO "AT HOME" TRADERS!

If anyone is ever in the area, it's my pleasure to show you our technology and let you spend the day with us, seeing how we work orders, use the systems, etc.

As far as classes are concerned, I think there are many that feel it is worthwhile. Many dont need it and perhaps those that do shouldnt be getting involved in the first place, but atleast there is some support for those who want it. No different than some of these pay chat sites, etc. I think they offer value to many and I am glad they are there for those that need it.
Regards,
Steve

Hello,

You make some great points in your note. DayTrading shops do have a high dropout rate...in fact, DayTraders in general fail more than they succeed.

The truth is that DayTrading is difficult, and many do not have the requisite patience and discipline to be successful.

As for $X thousand dollar training courses...some are excellent, and some are terrible. Research before you send in your check. A great course can easily save the novice trader thousands in avoidable "rookie" losses.
