Rather chilling scenario ... but again, there must be practicle and foreseeable limits to this... the 5% limit on ownership, etc....

Greg, what's your read on this in light of George's references?

With regard to his theory:

Whether the shorts are covered with the convertables or whether they are covered in the open market, they STILL have to be covered, don't they ... ?

Also, I'm not sure how the stock depression would necessarily equate to impending b/k., as the subject company already received funds from the offering. Seems to me to b/k or not to b/k would be a function of cash flow primarily.
