Hi Sonki,

US economy is still strong, there is internal grouth, and the
econmy is pretty well insulated from what takes place outside the
United States. Mr. Greenspan is a well experienced and knows what is
to do next, and I take it he will reduce the rates by Nov. Yet, the US economy will not scape unscaratched!

The US Congress decision to go ahead with the impeachement inquirey will not help either. US needs to lead and we have a lame duck that worries more about his job than leading the country. He will not get any colaboration form the congress unless the democarts return with a majority, and that is pretty doubtful. As long as he is in the office
there will be not leadership.

I believe that the bull market is no longer with us. Just look at the shape of this market, and over all world economy. How
can we ever have a continued bull market in the middle of this mess!
I hope I am wrong, but we are now entering into a bear market, and how long this one will last it is anyones guess! From the look of it, it will get worse before it getrs better. As to your prediction about
Hi Techs performance, I agree. These stocks have been so battered that
they can only go up.
