He needs to move on. I think he will and I'm hoping it doesn't continue to drag out until his legacy is nothing but a disparaging tragedy.

Yes, it would probably be better for everyone if Bill would resign. It might send world markets crashing down. But Prime Ministers of European and Asian countries do it often when they are mired in scandal, often for the good of their parties as well as their countries. But I don't think Bill will move on until it is way too late. He's too much of a egotist.
