Mike, The mispricing between the MTC and AHP was justified today. The merger is called off. Your insight as to reasons for mispricing has become evident. The indicated opening price for both stocks is lower. I am surprised that MTC will get the major haircut instead of AHP.

I did play AHP puts because of the mispricing. Should be a winner, but it looks like MTC puts would have been bigger.

I don't think a $12 haircut for Monsanto is justified. Maybe a leap call is worth looking at because the door is open for DuPont or Bayer to step in. MTC will definitely need a cash backer.
