With the Japanese market at 13 year lows, and the Yen trending upward, you just might see a huge transfer of capital into the world's 2nd largest economy. Still, will this necessarily hurt tech stocks in the US?

Greg: Not unless our rates get lower than Japan's which is close to zero,I belive it is something like .5 or .25 or something.So people can still make money borrowing from Japan and buying any US treasuries.
