Its the market+global economy+mindshare+cien p/e which is still over 17 on my screen and bound to go higher in the next qtr.

No real argument here, your guess is as good as mine.

I do think a $6 price is a 50/50 possibility -- and you're right, it would recover from there, in all likelyhood.

At the end of the day today Ciena looked like it was recovering a little.
