It is BTO Vs BTA I don't know what you are talking about as far as I know CPQ got the big 'butt',Dell on the other hand is a lean mean money machine.Of course I will be a believer if they could do it but I don't see it in the near term, when CPQ can match or better DELL on the following I may consider changing my tune: Invetory Turn-Less than 8 days Build when the order is received as opposed Build Them Anyway, that is what is called BTO vs BTA.
