All,

OK, lets see, with about 17 Million shares outstanding (well, that's what the company says) @ $.035, that's about $595,000.

In debt up to their asses, so that's $595,000 more than it should be worth. So basically, we're pretty lucky it's even at that price.
So we're doing pretty good. We should all be happy it's not dead....yet.

Al,

I for one have no problem if 4 new people came on the Board and real telecommunication people came in to run the company as I told you the other day. This company is not that deep in trouble with good "hard working management" and a little $.
