- Today, after noon I began to take some money from the table (thanks to pancho villa), as I smelled turnaround. Yet I was surprised by the sudden strength of the market in the late market. Even some turds grew swings for an instant.

The real turds are are lying flat at the bottom, but it would be difficult to find new ones, when the market gets unpredictable and bumpy, but loses direction, which was a help last weeks. What smells is fed lobbying here and there and maybe some hidden action.

Usally I do not give that much on short-lived bailout actions, but "rescue actions" on financials do have some history.

The well heard term "restore confidence" may read level out volatility, which is no good news on the short side of the market.
