Joe,, before all rallies were failing,, now, not only are they all failing but they are all from out of the hole.. Seems to me I recall this phenomenen in 10/87...

1% down on Nikkei opening took some bid out of Globex Spoos.
(Who knows if it will last????)

It's highly likely that several Japanese firms (banks
and corporates), not just hedge funds, got hammered
on their yen carry trades over the last two days. Not
to mention reduced outlook for Japanese exporters. BIDKJS.
