I called the company and was assured that there are no material changes that would
adversely affect the share price. I was told that there is an institution that has been
dumping the stock. It would seem evident when you look at the block trades in the last
week or so.
The lady in IR told me that GRE was on track for 150 to 200 thousand ounces
production for 1998.

When you look at it logically what kind of trouble could GRE be in after completing a
recent financing.

Seems like a screaming buy to me.

Doesn't make sense that the downgrade was announced on Monday yet the fall came on Thursday...read on another chat line that the downgrade was pulled...which might explain why it did not drop like a rock on Monday...

Today's price suited me just fine...bought more...maybe even more tomorrow if price stays where it is or drops more which I doubt very much...good luck to all
