DGIV

The stereotypes you two have set forth are killing me. DGIV missed a self-imposed deadline to become a fully reporting company (SB-10). Almost all investor's confidence has been lost. The stock has yet to trade at a level corresponding to the value of the company (if there is such a thing with one that is non-reporting) since the first of the year. The value of each share has always been a function of "herd mentality," as Andrew would say. The stock price will remain that way until they become reporting (if and when they ever do).

Just trying to show the other side of the story, even though I'm biased, but then again, Jeff appears to be also. Take care.
