They effectively blamed their dismal performance on everything except Clinton and the Florida hurricanes.

It will be interesting to see the market take this company apart.

I am surprised that there are only 1/2 million shares short.

Oh well....

This one will be off my Bookmarks in the immediate future.

I've defended this co up to this point but I'm afraid I'll have to agree with you. I don't think there's anyway they can justify or be excused from this Q's performance. They certainly have lost all credibility at his point. I listened to the Conference Call and was dumbfounded at their response to the question regarding their concern for share price. It sounded like they couldn't give a damm. They effectively are speculating in another company (Nvidia) but are turning a cold shoulder to their own shareholders..very perplexing. IMHO it will be a long time before this stock recovers if ever. Oh well DELL's looking pretty cheap now-I think I'll roll whats left of my investment into a company whose alittle more concerned about, and considerate of, their own shareholders.
