Jason -

What a piece of light relief to hear your blind prejudice against WCII again.

While we're about it what about the market and poor old CCI or CSCO or even JPM. They at least have earnings and on that footing our WCII is doing very well by comparison.

Your rantings might have stood some small chance of analysis a few months ago but surely even you can't coninue to spout this turgiid nonsense in the middle of what is probably the biggest crash in history.

Still you do provide some light relief in the midst of an otherwise gloomy day and so thank you.

regards,

L

Hello Jason:
We have discussed this before and you have never responded.

.<< At what price will you grasp that the market does not like Winstar's negative book value, and is equally uncomfortable with Winstar's financing prospects going forward?>>

There is no way to start a company and have positive earnings from the start. You have been told to check any number of big companies who lost money at the start. I feel like saying Duh, but you are smarter than that. Tell me why WCII should have positive earnings and book value as a startup.

Now, uncomfortable with Winstar's financing ? I can understand investors worrying about that because most don't study what they buy. As someone said, there are those who spend hours trying to determine the best dishwasher in the world, but will buy a stock because somebody said it was hot.

Your response to SteveB:
He said
<<And I don't believe in the bear arguements.>>
Your response--
<<<You apparently are the only one.>>>

You then went into your negative book value stuff. It doesn't apply to WCII at this time no more than negative earnings. Shoot Jason, you know better than that. What do you use as a benchmark ? Even Warren Buffet buys companies with one of your negatives. However, his are cash cows which I believe WCII will be.

Jason , why do you talk as though you have actually caught this move down. The only thing I ever saw you post was a couple of bucks profit up in the 30's somewhere. Come on man, give us all a break.

There are many companies with positive book value that have sufferred just as greatly. There are many companies that have negative book value that have sufferred less.

The fact is this is as speculative of a stock as there is. It has been a great trading vehicle on both the up and down side and the traders know it. Both have presented the trader opportunities.

And both have given monday morning quarterbacks plenty to talk about.

Limtex, you have bought into the whole media frenzy. The world is not ending. The stock market is just pricing in the potential for recession next year. This morning was a fabulous time for the long term investor to buy good stocks.

I will bet you DELL at $40 turns out to be a great investment a few months from now.

On the lighter side anybody ever see the claymation celebrity thing on MTV? What a hoot.
