Despite the growth rate, people seem to be reluctant in this market to pay over 20 times earnings for anything. Alot of people holding this one at a loss too, and tempting to sell for tax loss on any upswing. Of course, the institutions are always the wild card, and they can do anything with it they like. But tons of "blue chips" are beaten down right now, and are more tempting for fund mangers to buy. I.E. no fund manager has ever been fired for buying Coke or BCE, so if Coke or BCE is on sale, and JDS is on sale, which one will they go for? O.
