While that is an interesting quite, it's also junk. Goals are not dreams. They're milestones. A dreams is to go to the moon. That probably won't happen. A goal is to retire when I'm 55. That is going to happen. My dreams have no holds barred. My goal needs a little rework at this time but it's still obtainable.

Anyway, there is informative presentation and info in your posts, and interesting links.
