Many Constitutional Scholars say that it is unimpeachable, and the majority of the people agree. Regardless of what the scholars and the people say, Congress will decide what is impeachable. And the Republicans rule Congress. The Hypocrite mean spirited republicans KNOW there is nothing there. I don't believe that. Otherwise they would have begun impeachment proceedings against Clinton in 1995 when they took over the House. The Republicans are lawyers and they are smart. They know they've got something. I guess the Lying tax cheat Gingrich just cant be trusted anyway. Were you surprised that he can't be trusted? That ogre is the lowest of the low. The only characters in this whole farce who have lower positive poll ratings than Gingrich are Henry Hyde and Linda Tripp. The EXTREMIST HYPOCRITE Christian Coalition have WON regardless of wether Clinton is impeached or not. Sad, but all too true, my friend.
