No big downside risk, PE is reasonable by historic measures, and few analyst follow the stock.

thanks, but I see no good chart formation on this one here, other than a cursory bounce which many better-looking patterned-stocks might have more of, here....my "PSYCLE sm" sold all long Puts late last week, and went real Bullish, Thu./Fri., but not on this one, sorry....I added many depr. Techs with real good chart patterns, compared to VSH.... but I do wish you well,
