Well,

I find the stocks behaviour quite amazing really.

I had hoped to check out in the mid to high 20's but I guess we will have to hold on for a while.

Kumar may be a biased Asshole but AMD has not posted a credible
response stating 400 Mhz yields, volumes etc for Q4.

Hopefully, we will have some good news next week and can recover to high teens.

I am hoping Intel will have blow out numbers on earnings.
Otherwise any sign of weakness, they could take the whole hi-tech sector down next week.

Regards,

Kash

re:The only people making money around here are the analysts that keep manipulating the public's mindset.

My broker at Prudential says that someone on the street has a four million share block that they were trading yesterday and today. This may spell the reasons for the big drop. Otherwise it does not make sense.

This will be patently clear if AMD announces a Gateway deal soon as they have been a real holdout, sticking with INTC to the end. Now they need the cost savings without sacrificing performance.

I am long AMD >20Ks purchased well under $10 so I am also very patient. But this is a $30 stock as long as the environment lets it go.
