I suggest that everyone that is concerned about the price falling take a look at what happened to RNTK. RNTK seemed to tank over the last few weeks, and late today got the PR that is going to make a lot of people very rich.

Patience!!!!!

Theo: Hasn't sell-offs on news pretty much been the trademark for INFE? I don't think I can remember the last time we saw a run-up after a news release. Today's sell-off was probably a knee-jerk reaction for most to get out of the market.
I'm a bit concerned about the relative lack of interest in small caps right now. I certainly hope that doesn't rub off on INFE.
You could be right about this sudden drop-off signaling desparate measures for shorters to cover, but, then again, I thought that when we dropped from $1 to .80 too!

The release sounds a bit strange... perhaps that is why the stock fell...

<<<<Acromatech Group, Inc. reported unaudited sales of $1.5 million in fiscal 1997 and is projecting sales of $1.8 million in 1998. Pre-tax profits are expected to be in the 15% range.>>>>

Questions unanswered by the release:

How will they pay for the acquisition? How many shares will this cost while shares are going for .30?

Is this an employee leasing or staffing agency? Makes a big difference, profit-wise.

The "unaudited" Pre-tax profits seem awfully high given the falling margins for IT staffing organizations, as evidenced by HIR's earnings warning today:
biz.yahoo.com

How could INFE buy this company without an audit?
