Right Jeff, these guys BUILT this company and infact I saw records of LaMonte on file with the BLM as a Locator and I hear that Palmer has deeds, that Jenson has spent 20 years building and that Twif ...is a specialist that has been and will be needed. I should talk, with all my Down dirts, but I am hopefull of the future. Period. A Vibra Mill is simply = a Ball Mill...have an added scrape of the dirters in the Desert From this thread, the One on the Right is a Weaver Creek Miller who produced golds, and the white hatted lady is a Weaver Creek Locator with me. The guy in the center, I can't make out with the back turned, looks familar ...and friendly...but he is so small looking and weak there. This is the new generation of dirters, in front of the Standard Ball Mills that will HIGHTECH/NEWTECH - Cold Leach with some Resins maybe Extracting in the Process at the final stage, I want a Picture...of a RESIN COLUME!

Jeff, there are very few mining outfits that can be "positive cash flow" at 50 tons/day, one of Jensen credits, IMHO, is that he kept the overhead at a minimum, so he has a chance of achieving that goal (once the onion has been fully peeled and we indeed get at least $1000/ton of goodies). Of course, one of the reasons that Jensen was not able to deliver on past promises is the fact that he kept the operation lean and mean and lacking in appropriate "management", but then, that is exactly his "business model", you either take it or leave it (VBG). Changing management probably will cause negative cash flow for a long time and no breakeven until much higher volumes are achieved.
