great idea to take a diversified stance on the long term small cap portfolio. I would like to recommend you take a look at AIRM, APCO, RFMD.

Garry,

I bought NAII,RECY,AZZ,ACTC,and TMAR today. I
bought more PACC yesterday.

If this keeps up, i will add to my APSG, EDUSF,
CADE, and SOCR.

Buy low sell high, if you can swing it nows
the time. The market will probably fall further,
book value, cash,PE'S are worthless as any indicator
at this point.

Thanks for CMI,i'll take a peek.

Alex

Garry:

RECY uses debt instruments for the greater part of its Acquisitions... Convertible stock that can only be sold two to three years later at certain target prices represent a small %% of the Acquisition price... So, we shouldn't see any big impact on share dilution because of the lower stock price environment... The mom and pop recyclers are facing the same low scrap metal prices as RECY... So, everything becomes relative in their Acquisition negotiations... This will work to RECY's advantage when the market turns around...

CMI still looks like it's searching for a bottom... The fundamentals you posted for CMI make it an interesting value play...

As for beaten down small caps, APCO, CAND, ABTX, look interesting...
