I don't know the details, but a lucky guess might be: big $$$$$ from TX paid to RNTK, Performance requirements on the part of TX to build lots and lots of plants. TX paying for everything like future R&D with patents to be shared. Plus lots of other goodies. Plus straight Natural gas conversion, (potentially an enormous market), retained 100% by RNTK. To Quote Sir Winston Churchill "This is not the end, It is not even the beginning of the end, It is however, the end of the beginning." Patience is needed now more than ever. TX fully legitimized RNTK. RNTK was a bit player, they are now the hottest ticket in the industry. Watch for many more deals. RES P.S. I do not look for the details of the deal right away. Give it a week or 2 or more.
