Are you saying that we may get a dead cat bounce on stocks like NDE, PVN, etc. Time to short some more. What do think of mortgage insuring companies. I was hearing something about Congress changing laws regarding mortgage insurance.

Anybody still in lhsg. It is weak and looking weaker as support levels are being broken. I still have some oct puts which are looking good.

I covered my filenet short this afternoon.

btw, congrats on the recent and many picks. The pvn pick crushed someones theory of liquidity in a stock being an issue. Sometimes, the truth hurts, especially if you are long the stock.

<< the financials were oversold to panic levels>>

Mr Pink...so what does that mean for PVN in the short term? Seems the fed is going to try and help out the financials, or so thinks the market from the last thirty minutes of trading today. In your opinion, are we witnessing a dead cat bounce on the stock today,or are we in for a climb to last weeks levels before everybody loses confidence with the sector as a whole? (which I assume you believe because of your short recommendation)

Also...looking for other sectors to short at the time to ride the gravy train. Airline stocks? Housing stocks?

Thanks for your insight.

Mr Pink & Goldfinger

What do you guys see as a reasonable cover price for MSTR ? It really didn't participate in the late rally. Is it a quickie or a grind-it-out ?

Thanks,
John
